Process and context
In 2018 and 2019 I wrote a series of articles about the future of transportation. At the time, venture capital money was pouring into transportation startups, and after completing my Graduate Thesis on autonomous cars, I hoped to work in that field.
The work for WIRED Magazine, which included original analysis and data graphics I produced with the sustainable energy expert Levi Tillemann, was widely cited in the industry.
The visabilit generate by this writing helped me get hired by walkable cities expert Jeff Speck as well as Gehl Architects, the human centered urban design firm.
